To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.

Custom or personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
